What is Gavernor?
A workforce operations platform built for UK construction employers. Make labour requests, manage bookings, track attendance, and approve timesheets, all in one place.
How do labour requests work?
Submit a request in seconds: trade, site, dates, headcount. Save the requests you make most often as templates so re-booking takes two taps.
How are workers vetted?
Every worker on the platform has CSCS / CPCS / NPORS / right-to-work checks completed before their first booking. Tickets are surfaced in your dashboard and flagged ahead of expiry.
What does the attendance view show?
Live check-in and check-out at the gate via GPS, by worker, by site. You get a real-time view of who is on site and any late or early movements.
How does the timesheet flow work?
Hours, breaks and notes roll up automatically through the week. Friday morning you get a clean weekly summary per booking. Approve in one tap, query a line if needed, and the audit trail stores itself.
What about employment status?
We support PAYE, CIS and Limited Company contractors. You choose the model that fits each project. The paperwork lives inside the platform.
What if a worker cannot make a shift?
Raise a replacement request from the booking. We dispatch a matching worker from the same trade pool, typically the same day.
Which sectors do you cover?
Housebuilding, civils, fit-out, demolition, highways, rail, roofing, M&E and more. If your sector is not listed, ask. Most are supported.
Where in the UK do you operate?
England, Scotland and Wales, with the densest worker pool in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds, Glasgow and Bristol.
What does it cost?
A transparent platform fee on top of the worker rate. We will price it for your usual weekly volumes on the demo.
Who in my team should use Gavernor?
Site managers for requests and attendance. Operations for cross-site visibility. Finance for timesheet approval and audit. You decide who sees what.
How quickly can we get started?
Most employers run their first booking the same week. Onboarding is one short call.
